The Third Edict Race Event is a competitive event where players compete against each other to prove their own worth. What is The Third Edict Race Event?
The Race Event is an event where crown players compete in a special league to complete the objectives faster than anyone else and stand a chance to win exciting prizes. The Third Edict Race Event will also be similar and this season’s competitive goal would be to see which player will be the first one to kill Tavakai in Act 4.

Event Date and Timing
There will be a total of 3 races on 3 different days both the local and the global timings are listed below:

Event Rewards
In each of the races, a total of 7 Demigod’s Virtue’s Unique items will be awarded to the top placements of each of these classes – Ranger, Sorceress, Witch, Monk, Warrior, Mercenary, and Huntress. Moreover, the fastest time recorded to complete a race among all the three with a specific class will be rewarded with one of the latest Path of Exile 2 Displates. For future improvements, there is a possibility to get even an entire armour set and weaponry as rewards.

Rules to follow
There are a set of rules that players need to keep in mind for the Race Event and those are:
- Free Participation: The races are open to everyone at no cost.
- No Streaming Requirement: You are not required to stream your gameplay to compete.
- Unlimited Entry: You can join as many races as you like, giving you multiple chances to win prizes.
- Prize Eligibility: Skilled players can win multiple Demigod’s Virtue items across different races.
- Naming Policy:
Inappropriate or offensive character names (breaching the Terms of Use) will lead to disqualification. This applies to both main character names and alternate “throw-away” stream names and even subtle attempts to bypass the rules with borderline names will count as violations.
- Safe Naming Tip: Use your regular, recognizable race/stream names. Alternate accounts are allowed for strategy concealment, provided they follow the naming rules.
- Staff Exclusion: Grinding Gear Games staff are not eligible to win prizes.
