Roblox Slime RNG Recipe Locations – Where to Find Every Recipe in Roblox

If you have been playing Slime RNG and wondering where all the recipe locations are hidden across the map, you are not alone. The crafting system introduced in a recent update added a whole new layer to the game, and finding every recipe is not exactly straightforward. I have put together this complete guide covering all the confirmed recipe locations, zone by zone, so you do not have to wander around guessing.

What Is the Crafting System in Slime RNG?

Before diving into the locations, it helps to understand why recipes matter in the first place. Slime RNG on Roblox is all about rolling for rare slimes, getting lucky with every pull, and unlocking brand-new worlds to explore. The crafting system was layered on top of this core loop to give players more agency. Instead of depending entirely on RNG rolls, crafting lets you combine slimes to produce better, more powerful variants.

When you open the crafting menu, you can see a list of different zones you need to visit to find recipes. Each recipe you collect unlocks new crafting options, so the more you gather, the more flexibility you have.

Apples are a crafting ingredient, and by using codes like craftAway or semils, you get free apples that can be used at the crafting station to create permanent gear that boosts your base luck. So before you go hunting for recipes, it is worth redeeming those codes first to give yourself a head start.

Recipe Location 1: The Cave Area (Zone 6)

The first recipe is located in the Cave area, which is the sixth zone in the game. Once you get to the Cave area, make your way toward the middle of the zone. Look for the green vine structure near the center. The recipe is right there, and you can simply walk up and claim it. This one is arguably the easiest to grab since it sits in an open, central spot with no tricky platforming required.

Recipe Location 2: The Jungle

The second recipe is in the Jungle zone, and this one is a little trickier to reach compared to the first. Once you arrive in the Jungle, head over to the right side of the area. From there, jump up the rocks that are stacked near the right edge. The recipe is tucked inside a small cave formation at the top. The rock-climbing section catches a lot of players off guard since it does not look like a climbable path at first glance. Take your time with the jumps, and you will get there.

Recipe Location 3: Mushroom Forest (Zone 10)

The third recipe is in Mushroom Forest, which opens up at the tenth zone. This is one of the more hidden locations in the game, so pay close attention. When you enter Mushroom Forest, go toward the left side of the area. Once you are in that direction, look for the large red mushroom. Go behind it and look upward, as the recipe is positioned above the mushroom rather than on the ground. It is easy to miss if you are not actively looking up. I would consider this the hardest of the confirmed locations purely because of how tucked away it is.

Recipe Location 4: Redwood Forest (Zone 12)

The fourth recipe is found in Redwood Forest at zone 12. Head toward the far end of the area and then turn right. You will spot a large log on the ground, and the recipe is inside it. It blends into the environment pretty well, so keep your eyes at ground level as you approach the right side of the zone. Once you find it, collecting it is simple.

Additional Confirmed Locations

Beyond the four zone-specific recipe spots, there are a couple of additional locations worth knowing about.

  • Heaven Area: By unlocking the Heaven area, you gain access to two recipe locations that appear once the zone opens up. These are among the first recipe spots many players encounter, since Heaven is one of the earlier premium zones players tend to explore. The crafting machine itself is also located in this area, making it the natural hub for all your crafting activities.
  • Mushroom Area (standalone): There is also a recipe located underneath a mushroom in a separate mushroom-themed section of the map, distinct from Mushroom Forest. If you look directly beneath the mushroom cap, you will find it sitting right there.
  • Lake/Alike Area: Near a lake area on the map, there is another recipe hidden close to the water. Keep your cursor near the edge of the lake, and you should be able to spot and collect it.
  • Candy Area: If you make your way into the Candy zone, look for the large chocolate bar landmark. The recipe is positioned directly behind the chocolate bar, so walk around to the back of it and pick it up.
  • Crystal Area: This one requires some actual climbing. In the Crystal zone, there is a massive mountain you need to scale. The recipe is sitting at the very top of the mountain, so make your way up carefully and collect it once you reach the summit.

There is also a crafting machine located in the Moon area, just before Redwood Forest. If you are ever unsure whether you are near a crafting zone, check the area right before zone 12, and you should find it.

How to Use Recipes Once You Have Them

Once you have collected recipes, open the crafting menu and look at the available crafting options. To craft a slime, you need to have already unlocked the specific slimes required for that recipe. When you put slimes into the crafting interface, larger or rarer slimes can increase the chance of a better output. For example, adding a big slime increases the “big chance” slightly. If you simply want a standard crafted slime without using your rarer variants, you can select a normal one and craft from there.

A Few Tips Before You Go Hunting

  • Unlock the Heaven area as early as your progress allows, since it gives you access to the crafting machine and the first two recipe locations in one go.
  • Do not overlook the Moon area machine. It is a second crafting station that can save you travel time when you are deep into the late-game zones.
  • The Mushroom Forest recipe behind the red mushroom is the one most players tend to miss. Keep it in mind specifically.
  • In Roblox Slime RNG, you roll the dice to collect rare slimes and get lucky, upgrade your squishy pals, then battle enemy slimes to unlock new worlds, and having crafted slimes in your lineup makes those battles significantly easier.

Finding all the recipe locations takes some exploration, but once you have them all, the crafting system opens up in a way that genuinely changes how you approach the game. Work through the zones steadily, keep the locations above in mind, and you will have a full crafting roster without having to rely purely on lucky rolls.
