Mini War is one of the more interesting strategy games to pop up on Roblox recently, and it is growing fast. If you just picked it up and feel overwhelmed, you are not alone. I have gone through gameplay from multiple experienced players and put together this complete beginner’s guide covering everything from your first farmhouse to conquering entire countries. Whether you are here for tips, a base layout guide, or to find out about codes, we have it all laid out below.
What Is Mini War?
Mini War is a Roblox strategy game where you build your country, grow your power, and command your army to dominate. You build your city, grow your economy, upgrade into advanced factories and industry, train soldiers, and expand your army. The game lets you unlock stronger units like tanks, planes, and helicopters, and then attack and capture other players’ lands.
You can focus on becoming an economic powerhouse, building a purely military empire, or balancing both. From what I have seen, the players who win long-term always prioritize economy first, and we will get into exactly why below.
Start Here: The Early Game Basics

The biggest mistake new players make is rushing military before their economy is ready. I always recommend starting with your farmhouse and wheat farm, placing a border tower, then working toward your first barracks for civilians. Once you have some wheat, head to the clerk’s shop, sell your crops, and use that money to expand. From there, prioritize getting better factories like a wood plant or eventually a carrot farm, since those scale your income significantly faster than just stacking wheat farms.
The very first purchase you should make after your initial setup is the workshop. The workshop expands the number of builders you have. The more workshops you have, the more builders you get, allowing you to build faster. By having more builders, you can expand your army a lot more quickly. This is the tip most beginners skip, and it is the one that costs them the most time.
Replace Old Buildings, Do Not Hoard Them
This is probably the most important money-making insight I can share. A lot of players think having a bunch of farmhouses is going to be really good. However, it is not. You must always replace your old buildings with better ones. You can sell your old buildings too, so whenever you get the chance, go ahead and sell old houses, old factories, and replace them with new ones.
Holding onto low-tier structures because they feel safe is a trap. Every slot your base has is valuable real estate, and filling it with outdated buildings slows your entire progression. Efficient players constantly upgrade instead of stacking low-tier structures. Sell old, buy better, repeat.
How to Make Money Fast: The Market Strategy
The market is very important. Prices change every few minutes, and you can see surges in certain materials. For example, if wheat is down by 14%, selling all your wheat at that moment will not make a lot of profit. However, if you wait just a minute or two, you can get a significantly better return. It is very important that you keep your materials and only sell them once you have got a good price.

This is where I see most beginners leave a lot of money on the table. Selling everything the moment you collect it feels productive, but you are often selling into a price dip. Waiting two to three minutes can make a real difference, especially once your production scales up.
Best Buildings for Maximum Income
Once you are past the early grind, the buildings you want to aim for are:

- Nuclear Reactors, which guarantee high passive income at around a 1K rate
- Data Centers, which offer similarly strong returns
- The Black Hole Generator, which is a late-game goal and the highest income source in the game
Houses provide civilians, and your civilians work for your factories. Once you have your civilians making money, you want to put that money into a military. More civilians equals more money, so never ignore population growth.
Expansion and Conquering Countries
Territory expansion is what separates average players from dominant ones. By invading different countries, you get more money and more civilians. Each conquered territory gives you a money multiplier and additional civilians. You will need to slowly but surely invade, then make your way across the map to conquer more. Stacking these multipliers compounds fast, and it is the real engine behind late-game wealth.
You can also expand your base map by purchasing more land. More space means more buildings, which means more income. I recommend expanding your land before you feel like you need it, because waiting until you are already cramped will slow your building momentum.
Military Guide: What to Build and When
Do not pour money into the military too early. Build your economy first, and then transition into military investment once your civilian income is stable. When you are ready, the best military options are:

- Air Base with Black Hawks, which are strong against most opponents
- Missile Launchers, which pair well with air units for combined firepower
- Tank Base, which gives you ground dominance for territory raids
You can easily handle enemies with Black Hawks from the air base backed with multiple missile launchers. Getting some air bases and missile launchers lets you go ahead and take out enemies efficiently.
Hidden Tips Most Players Miss
Two buildings do not get nearly enough attention among new players. First is the Storage Center. The storage center will basically collect production nearby it. If you place it next to your factories, it will automatically collect for you. This is essentially free automation and saves a huge amount of manual collecting time.
Second are the statues. Soldier statues inspire military units to do more damage, and worker statues inspire workers to move at a faster speed. Both are easy to overlook, but once you understand how much they contribute to your output, you will make sure to include them in every base.
Codes: What to Expect
There are currently no officially published active codes for Mini War, but codes are confirmed to be coming. In the Discord server, there is actually going to be a code channel, which does mean that codes for Mini War are coming soon. You should be able to redeem codes at the bottom of the shop or maybe even in settings when the next update comes out.
Codes are usually released via Discord, and rewards may include money boosts, free items, or resources. The best thing you can do right now is bookmark this page and check it regularly. We will add new codes once they are released. Missing an early code in a game like this can put you behind compared to players who caught it on day one.
Base Layout and Final Tips
For your base layout, keep factories clustered together near a Storage Center, place housing in a separate zone to keep your civilian count growing, and position military buildings where they have clear access for deployment. You can also claim a free oil rig by liking the game and joining the official Roblox group, which is a solid head start for new players.
