How to Get the Skelicorn in Adopt Me – Lightning Lever Steps and Price

The Adopt Me Halloween event brought a new legendary pet in week two. Some players call it the Skele-Alicorn, but the official name is Skelicorn. This winged skeleton unicorn arrived on October 9, 2026. It does not come from an egg or a box. We have to earn it first. This guide explains every step, the cost, and whether it’s worth your Candy Corn.

What Is the Skelicorn in Adopt Me?

The Skelicorn is a limited legendary pet. It looks like a bony alicorn, and it fits the haunted theme well. Its bones sit locked in a cage near the Manor. Many players walk past the cage and miss the hint. The game wants us to bring this pet back to life.

The Skelicorn costs 120,000 Candy Corn. That price sits far above the Poltergeist Box at 13,000 and Bolt, the new bellhop pet, at 10,000. The event ends on October 31, so the pet stays limited. After that, players can only get it through trading.

How to get the skelicorn from Adopt Me

You need one special item to unlock the pet. It is called the Lightning Lever. Follow these steps in order:

  • Collect Crypt Keys.
  • Head to the Crypt below the hill near the Manor.
  • Use a key on each grave until a Lightning Lever drops. It sits on the second level.
  • Carry the lever to the small shack beside the Manor and place it there.
  • Watch the pet come back to life, then buy it for 120,000 Candy Corn.

The lever drop is random, so you may open several graves before you find it. You only need one lever. Once you place it, the pet becomes available to buy, and you can buy more than one. The lever does not trade, and it disappears when the event ends. So use it early.

Also note that the Hauntlet minigame does not give you the Skelicorn. The pet comes from the Crypt and the Candy Corn shop.

How to Get More Crypt Keys

Keys limit your progress here. Every grave costs one key, and the lever hides behind luck. We cover a related grind in our guide on twigs in Adopt Me, and the same key sources apply. You can earn keys in these ways:

  • Finish the daily Halloween tasks for 4 Crypt Keys.
  • Beat the Ghost Gallery boss for 1 key each time.
  • Take the Mummy Spider at the bottom of the Crypt to reset every grave.

Our advice is simple. Open every grave you can reach before you take the spider. Then let the Crypt reset and run it again. This order gives you more chances at the lever without wasting a single key.

Is the Skelicorn Worth 120,000 Candy Corn?

We think it is worth it for most players, but timing matters. On release day, traders swapped the Skelicorn for roughly one to three Ride Potions. That price will likely drop. Weeks remain in the event, and anyone with enough Candy Corn can buy one. So a pet that feels rare today will feel common by late October.

This gives us a clear plan. If you want one, buy it yourself with Candy Corn. Do not pay a premium in a trade.

Think about Neon too. A Neon pet needs four of the same pet. Four Skelicorns would cost 480,000 Candy Corn. No Neon version exists yet, so we cannot judge how it will look. We suggest you save Candy Corn now if you want that shot.

For Candy Corn, the Ghost Gallery pays well. A strong round can reach 5,000. The Hauntlet also pays Candy Corn, even when you lose early. Play both daily, and the total adds up fast.

Other Week Two Rewards Worth Knowing

The update brought more than one pet. The Poltergeist Box costs 13,000 Candy Corn and holds one of three ghosts. The drop chances look like this:

  • Bubblegeist, legendary, 4 percent.
  • Bobageist, ultra rare, 20 percent.
  • Caramelgeist, uncommon, 76 percent.

Those odds explain why so many players report duplicate Caramelgeists. If you want the Bubblegeist, expect to open many boxes. Budget your Candy Corn before you decide between the box and the Skelicorn.

The Hauntlet minigame also returned, and Bolt now runs it. This version has 50 rooms instead of 100, which makes a full escape more realistic. Items now work for the whole group. A rainbow wand clears every ghost in the room. Keep in mind that Bolt always lies on the phone, so never follow the arrow. Join a busy public server, because one player using a perk helps everyone.

We also see signs of what comes next. Count Slothula still walks slowly across the map. He may reach his destination in week three. The next area is already visible and unlocks in about a week. We will watch it closely.

Final Thoughts on the Skelicorn

The Skelicorn gives the Crypt a real purpose this week. Gather keys, find the lever, revive the pet, and pay 120,000 Candy Corn. The process takes patience, but it costs no Robux. We recommend you start now. Spend your keys daily, play the Ghost Gallery with a team, and save your Candy Corn. If you stay consistent, you can own this legendary skeleton unicorn well before Halloween ends.
