Roblox Sarab Beginner’s Guide – Puzzles, Tips, and Endings

Sarab is an Arabic survival horror game on Roblox, built by developer Patience Zone. You try to cure a cursed man named Abdullah. Up to four players can join, so you can face the scares together. The story starts slowly, but it rewards patient players. We wrote this beginner’s guide to help you avoid early mistakes and reach the good ending without wasting time.

What Is Sarab About?

The game opens outside the house of Abu Abdullah. Inside, his son sleeps and cannot rest peacefully. The father explains that nightmares torment the boy, and every dream points to an abandoned school nearby. Healers have already tried to help, and they warned that the magic is strong. So Abu asks you to investigate the school. The gate stays locked, though, and the grocer across the park holds the key.

The adventure splits into three parts: the park and school, an apartment visit, and a long desert trip. You can play solo or with friends on PC, mobile, or console. We think a team makes the item hunts easier. Still, solo players can finish every puzzle.

Basic Controls and Setup

Your flashlight matters more than anything else in Sarab. It works in two modes, and you will switch between them constantly. Headphones help too, because audio cues warn you before enemies spot you. On mobile, check your graphics settings before you start to avoid crashes.

  • Press F to turn the normal flashlight on or off.
  • Press R to switch to the purple UV mode.
  • Walk near enemies, because sprinting makes noise.
  • Grab spare batteries from desks whenever you see them.

Part 1: Surviving the Park

Your first task looks simple. You cross a park and fetch the school key from the grocer. A madman roams the park, though, and he chases you when he hears sprinting. Walk everywhere and keep your distance. If he spots you, hide inside a small playground structure. He cannot fit inside, so he loses interest soon.

The grocer says the madman stole four items. You must return them one at a time.

  • Debt notebook: a black cat carries it around the park.
  • Rice: behind the swirling slides, near a knocked-over bin.
  • Water carton: near the original park entrance, beside a lamp post.
  • Yogurt: on the small double-slide playground near the park’s edge.

We recommend grabbing the notebook the moment you see the cat, since it wanders randomly. Also expect a scripted cat jumpscare near the exit sign. You cannot dodge it, so stay calm. The grocer then gives you the school key and a UV flashlight.

Part 2: Cracking the School

Pick up the scissors in the courtyard and cut the padlock on the entrance. Inside, play the voice recorder in the room beside the stairs. It tells you a monster lurks here, and only UV light reveals it. A folklore spirit patrols the halls, so keep that purple light ready.

Read every note you find. They explain the story. Abdullah and his cousin Nasser worked as teachers together. Nasser grew jealous, then stole Abdullah’s headscarf and personal items. That detail matters later, so remember it.

Your goal is the master key inside the chemistry lab. You need four chemicals first. The exam in room 2/2 rewards you with the green one. Shade the answer sheet carefully with these answers:

  • Questions 1 to 6: B, C, C, B, C, B

Room 1/4 holds a locked suitcase with the orange chemical. Search for red number clues with UV light. If you struggle, try 923. A ghost boy in a third-floor classroom guards the brown chemical, so dodge his thrown objects behind desks. The flooded bathroom hides the blue one. Turn all four faucets and several valves to open the compartment. Then pour the chemicals in this order:

  • Table 1: orange
  • Table 2: brown
  • Table 3: blue
  • Table 4: green

A small explosion unlocks the drawer with the master key. The key opens a room with a confession. It names a spiritual practitioner called Abu Noura and gives his address.

Part 3: Abu Noura’s Apartment

Drive to Building 1431 and climb to apartment 7. Abu Noura welcomes you but warns you not to open his private room. Strange chanting soon pulls you toward that door. Inside, he argues with a demon named Garzam. This is your first big choice. Flee, and you trigger Bad Ending 1. Stay, and the real quest continues.

To save Abu Noura, you must beat Garzam’s minions. In the bedroom, tilt the mirror until you spot the hidden demon, then burn it with UV light. Next, chase a possessed toy through the apartment and corner it with your light. In the living room, Garzam drags you toward a fiery pit. Fight the pull, grab a burning coal, and toss it into the brass incense burner. A flashback then shows why Abu Noura took Nasser’s money. He needed it for his daughter’s school celebration. We like this moment because it makes the story feel human.

The Desert and All Three Endings

Follow the yellow markers into the desert. A cloaked stranger named Abu Mutlaq invites you to a wedding feast. Check his feet first, because he has animal hooves. Accept, and the feast turns into dry bones. Refuse, and he vanishes.

Next, you meet a wounded shepherd. Bring him food and water from his tent. He then explains that his camel guards the buried bottle. Toss a hay bale far from the stone mounds to lure the camel away. Grab the shovel and dig fast. The bottle sits in a random spot, so expect several tries. Drive back to the house, and you discover the final twist. Abu Abdullah died years ago. His son is the madman from the park.

  • Bad Ending 1: run from Abu Noura’s apartment.
  • Bad Ending 2: accept the desert wedding invitation.
  • Good Ending: refuse the feast, dig up the bottle, and return home.

Final Tips for New Players

Sarab rewards observation over speed. Rushing makes you miss notes, batteries, and clues. We suggest aiming for the good ending on your first run. Then replay the game for the bad endings and badges. The madman’s true identity also changes how the park feels on a second visit. You will notice details you missed before. Finally, play with friends if you can. Horror feels easier when someone shares the panic.
