Escape Tsunami for Brainrots Fishing Update – Wet Ponds, Atomic Tornado, and the New Infinity Elephant Explained

Escape Tsunami for Brainrots receives weekly updates that introduce more brainrots, events, and lucky blocks. The latest update is no different, but it raises the stakes considerably. This update introduces the Fishing mechanic, a new event currency, a brand-new map interactive feature in the form of Wet Ponds and vortex pools, and the Atomic Tornado admin weather event. On top of all that, the game has unveiled what may be its most powerful Infinity brainrot yet: the Infinity Elephant. Here is everything you need to know.

What Is the Fishing Update?

The fishing mechanic is the headline addition of this update. Scattered across the map are Wet Ponds, water bodies where players can cast their fishing rod to reel in brainrots directly from the water. This is a completely new way to collect brainrots outside of running the regular course or cracking open lucky blocks. The key appeal is that even Celestial-tier brainrots can emerge from these ponds, making them a worthwhile stop during any run.

Alongside the Wet Ponds, vortex pools have also appeared on the map, functioning similarly to lucky fishing spots. The more you fish at these pools, the more of a new event currency you accumulate. This currency is used specifically at the Lucky Wheel tied to the fishing event, giving you spins for exclusive rewards. There is also a converter machine on the map where this event currency can be turned into standard in-game dollars once the event winds down, so nothing you earn goes entirely to waste.

Here is a quick breakdown of the new fishing-related features:

  • Wet Ponds scattered across the map allow fishing with a standard fishing rod
  • Vortex pools act as high-luck variants of the Wet Ponds and are flagged by admins as the best fishing spots
  • A new event currency is earned the more you fish, stacking up with each catch
  • The fishing event Lucky Wheel accepts this currency for spins at exclusive brainrots
  • A converter machine lets players exchange leftover currency into regular dollars

The Pickup Event and Mole Pits

Alongside fishing, the update has introduced a Pickup Event featuring mole pits spread throughout the entire map. These are small holes dug into the ground that contain various brainrots and lucky blocks. Players need to use a vacuum mechanic to pull brainrots out of the pits, though connecting with brainrots inside these pits can be inconsistent, particularly during the early stages of the event when server populations spike and the game experiences performance strain.

The pits are present across all rarity zones, including the Celestial Arena, which means it is theoretically possible to pull higher-tier brainrots from them if you position yourself well and reach the right area of the map.

The Atomic Tornado Admin Event

When the admins spawn it in, a blue tornado appears somewhere on the map, and you have to hold one of your brainrots inside the tornado. You then have the potential to either make your brainrot or Lucky Block bigger or smaller, increasing the multiplier and how much it earns you. You could end up with Colossal or Tiny-sized brainrots or Lucky Blocks.

Unlike the Lucky Storm, which only works with Lucky Blocks, and the Acid Storm, which only works with brainrots, the Atomic Tornado accepts both brainrots and Lucky Blocks. This makes it one of the more flexible admin weather events in the game and a strong opportunity to boost the value of your highest-earning units.

Admin Abuse events in Escape Tsunami for Brainrots happen every Wednesday and Saturday, flooding servers with rare brainrots, mutations, and cash multipliers. During this event window, the Atomic Tornado is spawned by admins alongside other weather effects such as Lucky Storms and Acid Rain, all of which can dramatically boost your brainrot values if timed correctly.

Lucky Block Party and the Tsunami Tower

The update’s event period also triggers Lucky Block Party sessions, during which Divine Lucky Blocks and even regular Divine brainrots can appear with much higher frequency than usual. Players who crack open large Divine Lucky Blocks during these windows report finding Celestial-tier items regularly, though pure luck still determines whether anything exceptional drops.

The Tsunami Tower, introduced in an earlier update, also plays a role during this event. Placing brainrots inside the tower activates it and yields loot in return. While the quality of what comes out is variable, the tower is worth using during the event because the combination of brainrot upgrades and admin-spawned waves can push your units to higher values faster than standard gameplay allows. Notably, placing a brainrot into the Atomic Tornado to shrink it may sound counterintuitive, but shrinking a brainrot raises its value multiplier significantly, which is the whole point of the mechanic.

The Infinity Elephant: What You Need to Know

The biggest reveal of this update cycle is the Infinity Elephant, described as the most powerful Infinity brainrot released in the game so far. Infinity brainrots generate between $250M to $875M per second and are among the hardest to obtain in the game.

The Infinity Elephant is a craftable unit. To obtain it, you need to fuse three Meta Takeneta brainrots and three Divine Strawberry Elephants at the Spawn Machine. This makes it a late-game crafting goal rather than something you can stumble upon on the map or pull from a standard lucky block. The Divine Strawberry Elephant, for context, is already widely considered the rarest standard brainrot in the game, often found inside Radioactive Lucky Blocks.

Getting six specific high-tier brainrots together requires significant grinding, trading, or luck during admin abuse events, which is why the Infinity Elephant represents a true endgame target.

Tips for Getting the Most Out of This Update

If you want to maximize what you take away from this event, a few focused habits will make a real difference:

  • Head to the vortex pools in the Celestial Arena area for the best fishing odds, as admins have flagged these as the highest-luck spots
  • Stack up event currency through consistent fishing sessions and save it for the Lucky Wheel rather than converting it prematurely
  • During the Atomic Tornado, prioritize inserting your highest-level Lucky Blocks or brainrots for the biggest potential multiplier gains
  • Launch the game 15 to 20 minutes before the Admin Abuse event timer hits zero, position yourself in higher rarity spawn zones, and clear your base storage beforehand so you do not miss drops during the event
  • If you are aiming for the Infinity Elephant, prioritize farming or trading for Divine Strawberry Elephants during this event window when admin abuse increases rare brainrot spawn rates

Final Thoughts

This update is a meaningful step up from recent releases. The fishing mechanic adds a genuinely new layer of gameplay that does not require PvP or precise wave timing, making it more accessible for casual players. The vortex pools and mole pits add variety to map exploration, and the Atomic Tornado gives the Admin Abuse sessions another tool worth understanding. Most importantly, the Infinity Elephant gives serious grinders a clear long-term goal to work toward. Whether you are just starting out or already sitting on a Celestial-heavy base, this is one of the better update windows to log in and make progress.
