The Crews update in Fisch is one of the most exciting things to land in the game recently. It gives us a proper cooperative system where we can team up, take on challenges together, and unlock exclusive gear that we simply cannot get anywhere else. If you have been wondering how to join a crew in Fisch, this guide covers everything you need to know, from finding the Crew House to earning your first rewards.

What Is the Crew System in Fisch

The Crew system is a club-style feature that lets players form groups or join existing ones. Once you are part of a crew, you work together on daily and weekly challenges to earn a Crew Rating. That rating then unlocks exclusive cosmetics, gear, and crew-specific equipment over time.

Think of it as a guild system layered on top of the fishing gameplay. It gives us a long-term reason to log in, coordinate with friends, and push toward shared goals. The whole system resets monthly, which keeps things competitive and gives every crew a fresh shot at climbing the leaderboard each cycle.

Where to Find the Crew House

Before anything else, we need to head to Moosewood. The Crew House sits at GPS coordinates 602, 164, 215, right above the Moosewood Pond near the Lighthouse. It is a dedicated building, so it is not hard to spot once you are in the area.

Inside the Crew House, we find two key NPCs. The Crew Herald at the counter handles everything related to creating, joining, and managing crews. The daily and weekly quest givers are also inside, and they hand out challenges that reward Crew Rating upon completion.

How to Join a Crew as a Member

If we do not want to run our own crew, we can join an existing one created by friends or random players on the same server. To do this, we ask a crew leader to press the Invite button from the top right of their Crew Menu. They search our username and send us a request. We must be on the same server as the leader to accept the invitation.

Crews set to open can also be joined without needing a direct invite, depending on the leader’s privacy settings. So if a crew is public, we can walk in without waiting for an invite. This is especially useful for players who are just starting out and want to find a group quickly.

Once we join, our crew name, logo, and role appear just below our Roblox username on the leaderboard. It is a small detail, but it adds a nice sense of identity to the experience.

How to Create Your Own Crew

Creating a crew is just as simple as joining one. Here is a quick breakdown of the steps:

• Head to the Crew House in Moosewood and speak to the Crew Herald NPC.
• Choose a preset emblem, customize its color, and give your crew a name.
• Pay a one-time fee of 50,000 C$ to officially create the crew.
• Set your recruitment preference: open to anyone, friends only, or invite only.
• Start inviting members by searching their Roblox usernames.

The emblem we design is worth spending some time on, since it directly influences the visual appearance of the Recruit Rod, which adapts its look based on our crew’s colors. So picking a solid color scheme from the start pays off later.

Crew Roles and Member Limits

There are three crew roles in Fisch. The Founder is whoever creates the crew. Members are players who simply join. Officers are members whom the Founder promotes manually. Founders and Officers can kick members through the Manage Members option, while regular members cannot.

Crews start with a maximum capacity of 10 members. We can increase that to 20 by accumulating 1,000 Crew Rating and paying an additional 50,000 C$. The cap can eventually scale up to 50 members as we collect more Crew Points. Growing a crew takes real effort, but those higher member counts open up a lot more coordination potential.

Daily and Weekly Challenges

The challenge system is what keeps us engaged long after we set up the crew. Inside the Crew House, one NPC gives us daily challenges, and another gives us weekly ones.

Daily challenges offer 15 Crew Rating each and tend to be on the easier side. Weekly challenges are harder but reward 50 Crew Rating each. Completing challenges can also trigger bonus reward spins, giving us extra chances at loot on top of the standard rating gains.

We recommend always clearing at least the daily challenges. They do not take long, and the rating stacks up faster than we expect when the whole crew is participating consistently.

Crew Rewards and Exclusive Gear

The whole point of grinding Crew Rating is unlocking rewards we cannot get through regular gameplay. Current crew rewards include a crew bobber, crew lantern, crew rod, and crew ship. These are not just cosmetics. The Crew Rod, for example, is built for secret fish hunting and grows stronger through mastery.

To purchase the Crew Rod, we need to earn at least 5,000 Crew Reputation and spend 70,000 C$. We find it outside the Crew building near the Crew Architect NPC. It is a meaningful investment, but one that rewards us with a genuinely powerful fishing tool.

Crew Rating Reset and Rankings

The Crew Rating resets every month. Once the timer expires, all rating counts go back to zero, and every crew has to grind again from the start. This keeps the leaderboard fair and gives newer or smaller crews a real chance to compete each cycle.

The monthly reset is actually a smart design choice. It means no single crew can dominate the leaderboard forever, and it keeps us engaged well beyond the initial setup phase.
