Anime Adventures has a fresh batch of limited units, and Armored Crusader Noble is one of the most talked-about. She brings the KonoSuba knight Darkness into the game as a taunting support. We checked her stats, passive, and evolution path, so you can decide before you spend resources. If you also want the explosive caster from the same event, read our Roblox Anime Adventures Megumin guide first.
What Is Armored Crusader Noble
Armored Crusader is a limited Mythical unit tied to the Summer event. She arrived with Update 21 on November 1, 2026. That update is the first major content drop since April 2025, so players watch every new unit closely.

Her design copies Darkness from the anime. The model looks close to the show, which many fans have wanted for years. The evolved cosmetic also carries an aura effect. Most games reserve that kind of effect for shiny versions, so it feels like a nice bonus.
How to Get Armored Crusader
You can only get her by opening the Summer Star. No other source exists right now. Because she is limited, she will leave the pool once the event ends.
We suggest saving your currency before you open the Summer Star. Limited units never return on a fixed schedule, so waiting is risky.
Here is one more tip. The new banner skins give a damage buff to any unit wearing them. Equip a skin on your lineup before you farm takedowns. The extra damage helps every run.
How to Evolve Armored Crusader Into Noble

The evolution is simple on paper, but it takes time. You need three things before the evolve button works:
- Armored Crusader (base unit)
- One Crusader Sword evolution item
- 7,500 takedowns on that exact unit
Takedowns are the slow part. They count per unit, so a copy sitting in your inventory earns nothing. Place her in every run you can. Support units kill less than carries, so start early.
You can craft evolution items or buy them from the Traveling Merchant Shop. Visit the Evolve station to check the recipe for the sword.
Evolution also rerolls her stats. The new roll always beats the old one, and each stat swings about 10 percent.
Noble Sacrifice Passive Explained
Her passive is called Noble Sacrifice. On her first hit, she taunts enemies for three seconds. Enemies walk toward the center of her attack and move 20 percent slower. She acts like a decoy, just like Darkness in the anime.
The taunt does not work when you first place her. Upgrade her first. She unlocks a move called Heavy Slashes at upgrade three, and the full passive shows up in the later upgrades.
Once it triggers, enemies get a torn status. A faint cooldown marker shows when the effect ends. That cooldown lasts around 10 seconds, so you cannot spam it. We think the visible timer is helpful because we can plan around it.
The pull works on bosses, which is great for crowd control. It seems to affect ground enemies only. Flying enemies appear to ignore it, so keep that in mind on air-heavy stages.
Stats and Costs
Here are the evolved stats we saw:
- Damage: 259,000
- Attack speed: 8.1 seconds
- Range: 36.3
- Placement limit: 4 units
Before evolution, she topped out around 150,000 damage at max upgrades. That jump makes the evolution worth the grind. Her placement and upgrade costs also look cheap, so spreading four copies across a map hurts less than with most carries.
Update 21 also lets every unit hit air targets. Her attacks can reach flying enemies, even if the pull cannot. Cliff placement now matters too, so we recommend checking each map for high ground first.
Is Armored Crusader Noble Worth It
She holds a four-unit placement cap, and units with that cap rarely top damage charts. Players expect more from a summer unit, and some may call her average.
We see her value differently. Her real strength is grouping enemies, not raw damage. Clumped enemies make area attackers shine, so she pairs well with Megumin and other splash units. The slow also gives your carriers more time to shoot.
She works best in the new mode and in standard clears where crowd control matters. She works poorly for leaderboard pushes. Fast attackers score more there, because every second of damage adds up. Tournaments with heavy flying waves also hurt her.
Our advice is simple. Pull for her if you enjoy support units or the KonoSuba cast. Skip the grind if you only want maximum damage.
Final Thoughts
Armored Crusader Noble is a solid support with a clear job. She pulls, slows, and holds enemies in place while your damage dealers work. The evolution costs patience more than materials, and the 7,500 takedowns will test us all. Start early, equip a buffed skin, and place her in every run. Check back with us as stats settle and testing continues.
